Hot Stone Massage

The Hot Stone Massage is definitely a treatment for relaxation.
The depth of a stone massage comes from the heat. It penetrates into the muscle tissue and provides a relaxation
effect. We start out with a foot bathing ritual using warm mitts and lime essential oil, body brush and place stones
on energy centers of the body, sometimes called Chakras. You are given the choice of a complete massage using the stones
or a combination of stones and hand massage if you would like the massage to have more pressure.

Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a traditional massage
from Thailand. It combines many different techniques such as deep compression, rocking, energy work and clinical (trigger
point therapy) work along with assisted yoga poses. It is practiced on a mat with the client and practitioner fully
clothed. If you want to try something new, I would highly suggest this style of massage. The effects of this massage
can also be cumulative, so is sold in packages with a 10% discount on the total price.

You may add-on a back or full body polish to any massage
service with the exception of the Thai Yoga Massage. You will have a choice of scents to use with a sugar polish.
